ARTAS is a voluntary, non-profit national trade association founded in 2005 to serve as a unified voice for the cars & commercial vehicles renting and leasing industry. ARTAS's mission is to foster a positive legislative and regulatory climate within which companies engaged in leasing and renting vehicles, as well as related businesses, can compete without discrimination in Singapore's marketplace.
ARTAS's membership includes 27 companies, representing the majority of truck rental operations and a number car rental operations in Singapore. Our associate membership includes companies that supply materials, products and services to the industry. ARTAS brings together the many individuals involved in vehicle renting and leasing at its meetings to share information and to participate in educational opportunities and professional interaction.
